- A prospective observational study that followed working-age patients undergoing knee replacement surgery over time, from before surgery through recovery, to examine how physical activity and sedentary behavior relate to return to work within routine clinical care.

- Inclusion criteria for patients are: being scheduled for primary or revision UKA or TKA by an orthopedic surgeon between January 2022 and July 2023; having paid work for at least eight hours a week before surgery; being between 18 and 65 years of age and having the intention to fully RTW after surgery.
